We had a wonderful stay. Everyone treated my 3-year-old grandson and I like family. The service was impeccable. Front Desk: Denise helped us find the perfect neighborhood for Trick or Treating. Mongalika was lots of fun. They both ran a tight ship and treated my grandson like a king. I was impressed with Sandra Lee, who worked multiple positions and quickly brought us needed towels & supplies. A shout out goes to Appolis, Julia, Matthew, Chris, Shelly and Rachel who always greeted us warmly. Breakfast: Merlita kept the breakfast area clean & stocked. Her smile lit up the room. Brianna and Krista cooked delicious combinations of breakfast foods and moved fast on the busy weekends. We loved Lumen8 and the outdoor space. The food was top-notch. Janice calmed my grandson with a stuffed frog and Keysen gave him a sticky spider to distract him. Kay remembered us from 3 years ago when grandson was a baby. Alena (sp?), Keysen and Joe were especially attentive to my grandson’s needs. A shout out goes to Emery, Hunter, Evan, Kyle, Tracy, Fred, Breanna, Christian & Connor, who were always helpful & friendly. Cody let my curious grandson observe our HVAC repair and explained all the parts to him. We saw Ed, the General Manager and Jackson, the Front Office Manager, floating around, making sure the hotel was running smoothly and that the guests were happy.

My husband and I travel a lot for business we had an event to attend in downtown Colorado Springs last month so we wanted something close we are Marriott members .So we thought we would try the Element. The hotel was very clean and the environment was classy. When we arrived we were greeted with great customer service who was very knowledgeable about great restaurants and new fun social activities to visit that were all within walking distance. I requested a higher floor with early check in which we received. The receptionist Lika was very kind funny and warming she accommodated all of my requests with a beautiful smile on her face . Thank you Ms. Lika for making our stay memorable!

Just stayed at the Element Colorado Springs Downtown and honestly, this place blew me away. I've stayed at plenty of resorts that promised the world but didn't deliver much value or impressive quality—this spot actually exceeds expectations in every way. From the second you step into the modern, airy lobby, you can feel the thought and care that went into it. Everything is fresh, welcoming, and just feels premium without being stuffy. The rooms? They're seriously huge. These aren't your standard hotel shoeboxes; they're massive suites with full kitchenettes, tons of open space, and that extended-stay apartment vibe that makes you feel right at home instead of just passing through. I was genuinely impressed by how much room there was—perfect for kicking back, working, or just enjoying the space after a day out. The staff was super friendly and on top of things, the free breakfast was way better than average, and the whole eco-friendly, nature-inspired design adds such a nice chill factor. Great downtown location too—easy walk to food, shops, and sights. Bottom line: if you're heading to Colorado Springs, this is a damn good option. It delivers real value, impressive quality, and those huge rooms make it stand out big time. I'd pick this over fancier resorts any day—highly recommend!

Quick trip to Colorado Springs and so happy we found this gem! Luka was amazing. From the moment we arrived until when we departed. Our room was perfect, so well-appointed. Breakfast was awesome (lots of healthy options), fitness center was well equipped, and the hot tub was a great bonus, given we hiked the day before. I would strongly recommend this hotel...Bonvoy!

One of my favorite downtown hotels! Rooms are contemporary, comfortable and some of the most comfortable beds and pillows! Views are spectacular as well! I love the breakfast options they offer. From bagels and yogurt to a made to order special. Staff is always friendly and accommodating with any and all requests I've ever had! Rooftop bar is fun too and has excellent food.

We had a beautiful view of peak pike mountains. Free breakfast (wasn't bad) and they had a nice fancy restaurant that we ate at. Lumens. The food there was absolutely the best. The hotel was in a very convenient area. You could walk to several restaurants and activities. You do have to park in a parking garage (it's free) but no cameras in the area we parked (rental car was hit while parked in garage next to the elevators). This is the reason for the 4 stars.
